Principle Scheme
 

LMS France manufacture and market standard water treatment units which provide drinking water from fresh water, free of industrial contamination. The basic treatment process is the following:

1. Surface water suction thanks to a strainer equipped with a non-return valve.
            
2. Our units are delivered with a diesel motor-pump but an electro-pump and a generator can be supplied on request.
    
3. Coagulant injection in association with a static mixer to assist in the destabilization of colloïdal particles..
    
4. Flocculant injection in association with a static mixer to promote the aggregation of destabilized particles into larger flocs.
    
5. The unit is supplied with all the hoses necessary to the connection of the different parts. As to raw water containing a great deal of suspended matter, the addition of a sedimentation tank is recommended (option).
    
6. A two layers sand filter, equipped with a 6-way valve, to retain particles.
    
7. An Activated carbon filter, equipped with a 6-way valve, to adsorb pesticides, bad taste and bad smell.
    
8. Chlorine injection thanks to a proportional dosing pump (non electrical) to ensure disinfection.
    
9. A collapsible bladder (pillow) tank (option) for storage of drinking water.
    
10. Stainless steel tap stands equipped with TALFLO taps to ensure water distribution minimizing the loss of water (option).
     
11. 10 litres LDPE collapsible Jerrycans (option) to allow the safe transportation and storage of drinking water by consumers.
    
    

    Our units are mounted either on skid or on trailer, both galvanised under heat and suitable for all kind of grounds.

    A complete maintenance kit is supplied for the maintenance of the motor-pump group, the dosing pump, as well as a repair kit for sedimentation tank.

    Some units are regularly produced, on demand, to meet the requirements of more specific treatments (hard water, ferrous water...).
